Ils nothing like the MS mouse... Its the Kensington/Belkin/Inland all the same. I got it for 10 bucks at Frys the inland mouse for my 3rd pc. Works ok but like the Kensington have no Ergo. Use the Ms Intepoint drivers to get all the buttons to work in the game like Halflife/counterstrike. So again before you spend 20 on Kensington get this mouse.
