I'll wax her no problem. Not homophobic like you neo Nazi's who want the final solution to every non white Christian question

Do you have any links from a reputable news source? Ideally Canadian, since that's where the event took place. More details would be helpful, but I don't trust The Washington Examiner and I've never heard of The People's Ledger.

Based on the OP's hysterically concerned posting, I can only assume that they insisted on plucking all his ball hair when he went to get his done?

If it has balls, it's definitely NOT a " her."

They are to me if they look cute like Kevin Balot or Marcela Ohio.

I have lived overseas enough that it is normal for me. Hell they are able to use women's bathrooms and it's a non issue.

If anything with the amount of estrogen they take, they are not men any more.

Look up the girls I mentioned on Instagram.

Per a woman I know who works in the industry (not waxing). This is a legit real concern for some places. Particularly regarding waxing.
Very gay/trans friendly industry too.

However I feel this is a pretty obscure thing that really doesn’t require national attention.

Isn't it funny how Slow once tried to falsely claim Trump wasn't anti-LGBT, yet goes out of his way to post weeks-old news trying to portray all transgender people in a negative light?

It's like he's actually anti-LGBT, like Trump is, he's just too chickenshit to admit it.

This isn’t really the hot news item of the day. I was reading just last night about a whole colony of seal pups that are suffering from bloody and violated rectums. It turns out their shit is heavily laden with parasitic worms that are a gastronomic delight to sea gulls, and so much so that, having figured out the source, a competition has developed to be the early bird.

Trust me, there are so many more exciting things happening in this world to stimulate those of us addicted to asshole pucker, than worrying about yes or no to ball hair plucking. I mean get real.

Hell, one can spend hours of delight on YouTube watching black head and bot fly removal.

Poor SlowSpider and his unsophisticated palate"..... Jeez broaden your range of inputs. In the the news yesterday too there was also an excellent article on why animals eat other animals shit. Dietary diversity my friend; go for it.

This is so much fun. You have a guy that is approaching small business women and requesting they fondle and play with his penis and balls, they refuse since they're in the business of giving females waxing services. He then sues them and tries to get money out of them. Good stuff and the Canadians are forcing them to do it. Oooh, he claims to be transgender. He also targets single small business women and not fully staffed salons. I wonder why?

AT P&N

Two things.

1) As with the bakery in CO that refused to make a wedding cake for a gay couple, and liberals said that a business owner cannot discriminate, what do you say here? Can a man put on a dress, say his name is
'Rhonda," then go get those balls fondled by salon workers that perform waxing at threat of lawsuit?

2) Jessica Taniv, the trans person in question, is a man. No amount of make believe changes that. The science doesn't lie, there are x and y chromosomes in every living cell in his body.

But liberals said a business owner cannot discriminate, bake the cake. Right?

Not a good comparison. This is a trivial question that is not worthy of discussion beyond hypothetical thoughts because
It doesn’t happen often
Each instance will be different from the next
If or when this becomes a regular occurrence there can be a good discussion as to what should be done or regulated.
Businesses in the US are fully entitled to bar someone who is being a creep or a problem
The procedure is more about skills and experience as in waxing balls takes different skills than waxing a beaver. Yes I know this per my friend. I don’t think there would be much pushback in courts regarding someone who wants her woman balls waxed if the esthetician isn’t experienced in waxing balls. Outcome would be different if the esthetician has experience with ball waxing.
Baking a gay cake is the exact same process as baking a straight cake.

So in the meantime, this business owner can f off. No big deal, hasn't happened enough times, sorry about your business..?

How many times does it have to happen in your mind, what is a good gauge? Why isn't once enough, considering there is nothing stopping it happening more?
