AT Help needed! Is Hotmail down for anyone else?

Working with a customer, she's not able to get there or ping to it, but she's not having trouble doing anything else.

I can't get to the site from work anyway per it being blocked by proxy; I don't have the ability to ping it either for some reason. Some servers do not reply to ping requests (Microsoft, for one) but I dunno if hotmail is one of those either....

I'm able to traceroute to it, though

Hmm - turns out she could get to it, but it wouldn't let her log in. Don't you love customers who tell you the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth? Cypher strength was at 0%. Thanks guys.
