AT got a makeover?

I think it's look nice so far, modern-ish. My one suggestion is that on the "Blogs" tab, to have the "comments" be hyperlinked, so you can click on them and see the comments.

Hmm, the Dailytech column seems to be misplaced under both Firefox 3b1, Internet Explorer 7 and Opera 9.5a1. If I click the fit to window width button, it seems to put it back in the right place.

Now that you mention it, that's happening to me too (Firefox 2.0). And the Google Ads section at the bottom appears misplaced too.

Redesign takes away the neatly organized AT homepage into a very busy and verbose page...there needs to be more vertical spacing between different lines.

clicked refresh an was presented with this hmm, its nice but 2x ads one after the other and even if thay are blocked the space thay waste is not reclaimed (does prevent the page from goofing up if thay was)

comments i prefer Full page comments (love the Print in anandtech as your not endlessly clicking next all day)

Honestly I prefered the old look, the topics are spaced much further apart and I find im having to scroll alot more.
I liked the old compact look where all the info you need is right in front of you. It just felt more efficient that way.

Agree'd to some extent, I like tje new "short news clips" but I hate the new gaudy 3 box review thing above it, and the flash adds have got to go. Stationary ads are fine, too much movement is distraction, we don't need another www.firingsquad.com

a place I rarely visit.

See gamespot for how to do add's INTELLIGENTLY, or start charging subscriptions, AT has been a really good site and if you guys are hurting for cash, then say it.

All of AT is taking forever to load.
What happened? The redesign appears to be from the same folks who did ZZF's new slow to load funk.
The new is NOT any improvement.
Kinda like Vista...ain't it purty but damn it's slow!
Go back!!!!
