I think this is a better question than the other way around. Of course most guys want girls to shave their armpits. But the reverse?

Ah, forgot the poll. Well, just answer.

How about the nether regions? Do you women care for that at all?

It helps those guys a little to give them a little bigger perspective on things. If they need it of course.

*Ahem* No problem like that here.

Depends on the amount and the smell, of course.

I guess I preffer a minimal amount and a nice Tommy Hilfiger antiperspirant:p

Thanks you ladies for answering. Come on, eakers, baffled, TheBlondeOne, Juniper... any opinions or are we going to let them answer and think that they form a concensus on female preferences? ;)

I'd like to know about the armpits... generally unless is just an ungodly amount of hair I don't think it would matter.

And as for GBtheUSA, I keep the lower region nice and trimmed. I despise tons of hair down there.

I dislike guys with exageratingly bushy, foresty and hairy armpits. Its not only unesthetic, but I bet it must smell like &@#$ when they perspire.

I know guys who maintain their armpit hairs, so that it does not look like a forest though. :D

<< Tommy Hilfiger antiperspirant >>

Ooh, does it work well? I wanted to get my ex designer stuff, but he was afraid it would smell good but he'd still be sweaty.

I don't care if a man has hairy armpits, it's not one of the things I think about when deciding whether or not to date someone--and I usually don't find out until I actually like that person, so, it's usually too late ;) But if someone had disturbing pit hair, I'd probably comment that he should trim it, just like I do when they have disturbing NETHER REGION hair. hehe

I've only dated one man that shaved his entire body, and he only did that because he was a male stripper.

Honestly though....I don't think the amount of hair has much to do with the smell....it's the sweat glands (I may be wrong though)

yes, it takes 5 seconds and 2 to 4 swipes in the shower.. theres little reason not to. its just in the way of deoderant and gross:p sweat glands + hair = lethal combo.

I think you're wrong on that one. I have a friend who we (bunch of girls) talked into shaving his armpits. He'd complain about his er-strong persperation odor. After shaving, the problem pretty much disappeared.

I didn't say I was bald down there. I said I keep it trimmed.

Its nasty to have a thicket of hair down there IMO.

Men are hairy beasts, and I can't help but laugh when I see one of the Calvin Klein ad or some other type of "buy our clothes/cologne/product and you'll be a sex magnet" companies portraying some guy in his underwear with like 0.00001% body fat and NOT A SINGLE HAIR ON HIS BODY. Men are HAIRY for the most part, people should just get over it.

There's a line in Fight Club about that...they look at some Gucci ad on the bus and say "so is that what a man looks like?" or something to that effect.

Hahaha, I don't use a razor to trim up, I have a small pair of scissors for that.
