AT forums does not like Nord VPN

It's kind of annoying. I signed up for Nord VPN because I'm in Thailand for the month of January and half of my mobile apps (not just video streaming services) fail and display vague error messages until I use a USA IP address. I'd be able to leave the VPN connected always, except I keep needing to disconnect so I can use AT forums. It's a tedious procedure when I try to use one of those apps and then realize I need to connect to VPN again.

Why does AnandTech block the IP address in the (spoilered) screenshot above?

That particular IP address was banned back in July due to use by multiple spammers. I have unbanned it for your use while you are in Thailand.
