In short, there is a initiative prop. 82, that will offer 3 hrs. a day of free preschool for every 4yr. olds in the state -- this would be paid by a new on the state's highest earning residents.

They're taking a poll to gague the interest -- please vote YES!

Sounds like a waste of money to me. Preschool is completely useless, why rape the taxpayers even more?
