AT/BabyAT recommendations? For in-car system.

So I am building an in-car system. The reason I want AT is the power supply. A dc-dc power supply for AT versus ATX is close to $100 difference. I will be running a PCI vid card to the TFT monitor, a dvd drive, and a 15 gig HD. Preferably sound and lan are on-board. Any recommendations? I am happy going the used route, but its tough to even find specs for some of the ones listed at the auction sites. Any help is appreciated.
