At B.J.'s Wholesale, what's the meaning of price endings (i.e. .99 vs .90)

Was looking at a tv at BJ's.... noticed almost all prices end in .99... but the tv I was looking at ended in .90

What's the meaning of the ending price? Is it being cleared out? Can I buy the floor model for cheaper than they have it listed?

Egads, lifer in Anandtech and you haven't heard of BJ's wholesale club? Just like Sam's wholesale club.... just like Costco....

 Not from me!!

I had seen some of those other endings posted in various places before.... They have 2 tv's... a 55 inch Samsung for 1799.90 and a nice panasonic 47 inch for 1199... I'm going for the Panasonic, unless I find out I can get the samsung for considerably less than 1799.90. (Even if I have to get the floor model... it comes with a 1 year warranty, and you can't beat BJ's price for extended warranties.... $29.99 for an extra year, vs. a couple hundred at other places.
