Asus7700 in a dual boot messing with my monitor setting! Help Please

My computer has both Win2000 and WinMe set in dual boot. Even though I have my refresh rate and res set up the same on both OS, my Asus7700 has a tendancy to shift the viewable image over about an inch. What can I do, or what have I done to make it do this?
Tried Asus drivers and D3 drivers. Monitor is a Viewsonic PF790.

I may have licked the problem. I had the monitor set up at 85Hz refresh on both OS. I did run the monitor at 72-75Hz, but after installing this new card I experienced a flutter/flicker in the ULH and LRH of the display. I think that may have been only in WinME. Im keeping it at 85 and Win2000 at 75. Any other sugs would be swell
