My Actiontec router from Verizon only supports up to 802.11n, so I've turned on the motherboard Wi-Fi which goes up to 802.11ac. On my router, however, I can access and change many settings, including the ability to not support older, slower 802.11 modes.
As far as I can see, AI Suite III gives you no control over the Wi-Fi capability other than to choose Client Mode or AP Mode. Is anyone aware of a way to get at the settings? I'm open to editing the Registry if that's the only way to do it.
