I am using a Asus Z-87A motherboard with an corsair H100i.

I hooked up two radiator fans and two case fans to the h100i with the included cables. I also plugged in the mini usb into a usb header onto the motherboard. I also connected it into the cpu fan header.

I've also downloaded all the drivers required for the motherboard.

When I go into the BIOS, speedfan, corsair link, asus fan xpert it only shows up as one fan.

I'm using 2 noctua NF-F12 which have 4 pin connectors and 2 case fans from the Fractal design define R4 which have 3 pin connectors. I connected them to the h100i. And the h100i is connected to the motherboard.

How do I get it to differentiate the fans? Please help!

Thanks in advanced.

Hum, I'm not too sure I understood you correctly, but you didn't connect the 4 other fans to the motherboard itself, have you? I have that exact motherboard, and from what I can tell, it will only detect the additional fans if they are connected to the chassis fan headers in the motherboard. As it is, I'd think the h100i is the thing that's controlling the fans...
