ASUS Z77 PRO: High DPC in win8 preview!

It is constantly at 1000us or more. Any reason for this? I installed all the drivers from the DVD.

Seen this observation in some pro audio forums. Looks like Win8 really is for tablets, not for content-creation on the desktop. Or reliable playback on the desktop. Maybe it's just the preview, otherwise when it's released, they'll call it Win8 ME.
