Asus x99 Pro/USB 3.1 and UEFI

I should be receiving this MB shortly and will populate with an i7-5820K and 32GB of G.SKILL RAM as well as a Samsung 950 Pro PCIe SSD installed on the m.2 slot of the MB and running Win10 Home loaded from USB.

So, there's some questionable information about the proper BIOS config to make sure system is setup for UEFI and I'd appreciate if someone that has this board would comment on the proper settings to ensure the system is setup for UEFI. Some say to disable CSM while others say to leave CSM in Auto -- it would be nice if someone that's actually gone through this with this specific board could provide some guidance.
