Asus X800XT Samsung 2.0?

I recently purchased a ASUS EAX800XT-A319/2DT/P/256M/A - X800XT

After close examination i realised that its got Samsung20 memory modules.

According to http://www.techpowerup.com/bios/ its suppose to have the 1.6.

Is this possible? The only asus with 2.0 is the PRo one...

Please help!!
 
according to the vanilla specs of ATI for XT's...they can use 2.0ns ram. I thought Sapphire would be the only ones cheesy enough to do that.

I think you will start seeing a departure from AGP and more of the same with the ram.
 
Some X800XT's manufacturers are using 2ns ram since the card is rated for 1000mhz ddr

The X800XT-PE uses 1.6ns since it is rated for 1120 mhz.
