Asus X800XL produces artifacts at default speeds

Should I RMA this card? I just tested my card, recently purchased from Chief Value, and it produces artifacts at default settings when running the artifact tester in ATI Tool 0.24.

You could check the temps of the card but I'd probably RMA it.

Temps maxed out at 55C while running the ATItool artifact tester.

BTW, I haven't seen any artifacts in HL2 at default speeds, but when I OC'ed just 10 MHz (core), I got artifacts all over the place.
