Asus X48 or P45?

I'm looking at these two boards-


P45-
Asus P5Q - $130

X48-

Will these boards OC the same? CF doesn't matter much to me, is there any other benefit on getting the X48 over the P45? What about the pro and deluxe versions of the P5Q?
There is a large price differential.

X48 is supposed to have a memory performance advantage over P45 but ASUS pulled some tricks in their BIOSes for the 'Fast Memory Access' or whatever they call it. It's similiar to Gigabyte's 'performance Enhance', FSB/ MEM ratios & FSB Strap(A,B,C,D) settings. You pick the right combo of setting for the CPU and RAM you are using.

I think the P5Q series is a good buy, unless you want DDR3 overclocking, in which case the X48 is my best pick. If anyone has anything to add, or corrections to make, I encourage anyone's input.

I'm running the P5E Deluxe with the Rampage bios, I was able to OC my q6600 to 3.6 on the first try. It took me a week to do it on my P35 board. I run it 3.2 with stock voltage, again first try.
