Question Asus warranty repair

Asus is a poor company very poor on there warranty repair I have been sent more than 3 replacement motherboards Asus rampage vi extreme encore All we’re sent back and could not be repaired This has gone on since March 2021 Now they want to do A manual refund that will take 3 to 4 or more weeks I am warning eveyone to stay away from this company There customer service is beyond lousy
