Asus warning probe - 3.3v at 3.6?

I just assembled an A8N-SLI Premium with an Athlon 64 x2 4600 and an Enermax Noisetaker 701 (600 watts). Boots properly, no errors, but when I run the Asus utility probe, it shows my 3.3v is actually at 3.6v (and beeps a warning).

BIOS also shows voltage hovering around 3.6v.

1. Is this a big deal?
2. What should I do about it?

Test the 3.3V line with a multimeter, as a reality check. Multimeter > * for determining what voltage the PSU is actually generating.

Yup, mB has it. You can't really depend on the on board readings for accuracy but they will give you a ballpark number. A DMM is the real tool for the job.

Welcome to the AT forums Klogon.

Many devices that can run at 3.3 can tolerate up to 5V so that shouldn't pose a problem. More problem is to be too much on the low side. But I'm sure you'll find it to be in spec. (~ 3.15 to 3.45).
