ASUS w/ AMD chipset, or EPoX 8K7A+ mobo: which is *better* per say?

Any users with experience with these two mobos?

Making a new computer w/ AMD processor, and there are SO many opinions on which to get.

 
Well A7M266 is a great board, but I personally think until I use it (Which will be never most likely), it is too expensive to be worth it. On the other hand, EPoX 8K7A+ is possibly one of the best ocing board's we've had in a while, with it's 1/5 PCI divider and as stable as a rock when oced. It is the best board for ocing, but if you aren't planning on it, then MSI K7 Master is just as stable non-oced as A7M266 but for $30-50 cheaper. So take your pick.
