Asus vs229h-p (ips) vs asus vx vx228h (tn)

Hi guys. Lately I'm looking for the ideal monitor and I have met with these two models. Both have very good prices (manufacturer refurbished).

I do not know which of the two choose for obvious reasons, the ASUS VS229H-P is IPS and also has a response time of 5ms, the ASUS VX VX228H instead has a response time of 1ms! and 80,000,000: 1 high contrast ratio (vs. 50,000,000)

Many have told me that the IPS have better picture quality, but also have problems with Ghosting, and I do not know if a 5ms response time is sufficient to avoid the ghosting.
