ASUS being a A85X chipset mobo and about 25 more in price. I am kind of keen on the 4 Dimm sockets on the ASUS and ASROCK. Getting A75 and higher because of the SATA, among other things. The mobo being the most important part and the hardest part to replace, in contrast to say RAM, CPU-cooler, etc.
