Hmm Can anyone tell me what raid is?
There are two different versions of this on newegg, One with raid and one without. Which is better and for what?

with raid for example you can install two 80Gig drives and use them as one 160Gig drive. However if one of your disk go bad then you loose everything. there are advantages and disadvantages. It's up to you to decide.

Hmm if I bought the RAID one and kept 2 different drives without combining, would it have optimal performance if I had a non-RAID mb and I had 2 different drives for 2 different HD's?
