Asus VH238H 1080p @ 75hz?

I have a Sapphire 6950 and was wondering if I can power my Asus VH238H monitor at 1080p @ 75hz?

I didn't install catalyst control center just the amd driver.

Does the VH238H support 1080p @ 75hz or just 60hz, or should I install the cataclyst control center?

The information about refresh rates is gathered from the EDID information that the monitor sends. So assuming that the ASUS sends the correct info, the GPU should be able to output that refresh rate.

Not that it matters though, the VH238H is a 60Hz panel.
