ASUS V9999GT (the 6800GT w// 128MB DDR)

Should I buy the ASUS 6800GT 128MB DDR graphics card? Anyone here have one? Is it a good and dependable card? thanks.

Search for earlier threads on this topic. It performs somewhere between a 6800NU and 6800GT; closer to a 6800GT without AA/AF, closer to a 6800NU with AA/AF (predictably). Whether or not this is a good value depends on how much you are paying for it.

And it depends how much 6800GT 256mb costs also.... maybe price difference is worth it.

Buy a 6800 and unlock 6VP's and hopefully 16 pipes. The V9999GT is pretty expensive for what it is.
