I see from some other posts that several people here have Asus V9999GT 256 graphics cards.
I recently upgraded to one from an ATI 9800pro and am very pleased with all aspects of it except one.
The temperature sensor is definitely working because the Asus Smart Doctor software is able to read it. However, there is no temperature page in the graphics driver, neither does Speedfan or Rivatuner show any temperature readout.
I'm using the Asus 66.94 driver with their additional enhanced driver and I've also tried completely uninstalling that, cleaning it out using Driver Cleaner pro and installing the nVidia driver from the nVidia web site. Still no temperature page.
Can anyone throw any light on this? I wanted to get the readout on Speedfan because I'm using Samurize which can take an output from it.

Thanks for your reply.
OK, so in that case it doesn't look like it's faulty. It must just be a feature of the card.
Disappointing, because it does mean that I'm limited to only using the drivers that asus release, and can't get Samurize to display the temeperature.

You can use whichever driver you want and then install the Asus Enhanced driver add-on (the version from the CD or a newer one, but you can always use the same no metter the driver) to have full functioning Smartdoctor. Try XG 71.84 drivers, they are the best out there ;)
