Asus V8420 Deluxe Review

[*]Does the PCB use a 8 layer or 6 layer design?
[*]You forgot to mention that it is the only ti4200 to utilize the longer ti4400/4600 pcb

Nice job Nucleus, and as always you get to test high end goodies before most of us in the states.

I hope the U.S. prices aren't as high as those in the UK... that price translates to about $288 US!! Might as well get an eVGA or MSI 4400 card for ~$200-210. Just as fast and a lot cheaper. It would have to be about $190-$200 to be interesting and even then only mildly...

Let us know what they say. Their description is for the Deluxe, but the name they list is the -TD which is one step down.

Great performance but in the UK I`ve seen some GF4 Ti4400 cards from well known brands cheaper then the Asus GF4 Ti4200 v8420 Deluxe UK price.

I called Upgrade Source. It's the -TD, not the Deluxe. Ah well.

Edit: BTW when I called and said I had a question about a product picture/description not matching the name, he knew what product I was talking about without my telling him. Sounds like they are getting calls about it.
