Asus-V7700 on a Asus P2B-S board

Hi!

I have a mystical problem, i just got a Asus-V7700 64Mb DDR ram, my motherboard is a Asus P2B-S with a P II 350Mhz CPU and 512Mb 133 of ram. When i tun on my PC it makes 4 bips, 1 long and 3 short and nothin else happens, i have to turn my pc of an back on about 4 or 5 times until it finds my grafik card and then it runs fine. If reboot the pc there is no problem at all, the problem starts again when my pc has been turnd of for some hours, is there anyone who knows what the problem might be, and if there is asolution.

1 long 3 short beeps is for "Enhanced Graphics Adapter (EGA) i had this problem on a friends pc, he installed a new video card and got the same beeps. i checked it and when he put the screw in that holds it in place it would unseat the card, i ended up having to bend the metal slot ( where the screw goes in ) to get it lined up correctly.
