ASUS V7100 Geforce2 MX problem

I have that card in one system and the problem is that when I start some visual plugin in WinAMP,
the sound starts to"jerk", this also happens when I, for example, rotate objects in Rhinoceros, that
is, in any OpenGL aplications. I`ve tried everything, but nothing helps. When I changed that card with
Leadtek GF2 Ultra, everything was fine.

Is there any solution ?
