Asus V7100 Combo Deluxe problems

I have installed the 11.01a drivers and sometimes i can, sometimes i can't run Asus Digital VCR (it sais no IC installed on video)??
Are there any bioses for the v7100 series videocards??
Can i change the cooler on it??? Or is it enogh for oc? How much can i overclock without additional cooler on ram/gpu ??
