Asus V7100 and Abit VL6

Does anyone know of any hardware problems with these two items? The rest of the system is:

Enlight 300W
Abit VL6
Celeron 566@580
Asus V7100 (w/TV out)
SB Live! Value
Netgear FA310Tx
IBM DTLA 30G
NEC 8x4x32
KDS 19" Avitron

My main problem is UT not recognizing the video card or that it supports D3D. I have tried the Drivers that came with the card ASUS 5.33. NVidia reference 5.22, and 6.31 all with the same results. UT will not run full screen in D3D and the performance is horrible. Any help would be appreciated.
