Asus V6600

I recently purchased an Asus V6600 Deluxe video card for my pc. The problem is that I am constantly getting lockups on Quake III and Unreal Tournament. Do any of you have any suggestions. My mainboard is an Asus Socket A A7V, my processor is a Athlon Thunderbird 750, 128 mgs pc133, and SB Live Gamer. I just downloaded the lastest Denotator drivers but my problem still exists. I disabled the AGP Fast Writes but the lockups persist. I am desperate for any suggestions. Thanks.

Disable AGP 4x. Underclock the card.
