I doubt it. You're pretty much stuck with the X1600/X1700 in the notebook.
With the notebook being as thin as it is, it is highly likely that the graphics card is soldered on and possibly non-standard to being with. A few notebooks are upgradeable with MXM standard graphics cards, but YMMV with those since you would need BIOS support from the notebook manufacturer in addition to actually finding a graphics card that would fit. On top of that, a newer graphics card would probably output more heat than the notebook was intended to handle.
