HI,

I have got the ASUS UX32VD,
it comes with 24gb ssd and 500g hdd

seems like 24gb ssd is from SANDISK i100
Hitachi 500gb hdd

when i click>my computer>manage>storage>disk managment
then a windows pop up "initialize disk" two options:
- MBR (Master Boot Record)
- GPT ( GUID Parition Table)

I don't know if the ssd drive is taking advance , how can i tell.

Did you do a clean install of windows?

Looking at the config I'd think the SSD was setup as a cache drive for the OS on the HDD.

Open the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Application and READ the "help" menu. This will not only tell you how, but also give you a few options.
