Asus Ultra TNT2 Lockups

I am running Win2k with an Asus Ultra TNT2 Deluxe. I don't have the card overclocked. When running an screen saver that is 3D accelerated or playing a 3D accelerated game, the screen freezes and I must restart. No blue screen at all. The card is not overclocked and it happens with both the most current Asus drivers and the most current detonator drivers. In 2D it is fine. I have even upgraded motherboards and the same problem occurs (went from BE6 with PIII 450 to K7A with TBird 1 Ghz). Do you think the card could be shot? Any idea of the warranty on these things?
