looking to purchase an ASUS TV tuner card, but I live in London, England. does anybody know if these cards are compatible with UK t.v. signal? i assume the card *might* be NTSC restricted, and signal here is broadcast PAL, but i'm not sure. can the card convert PAL to whatever format i choose through software settings?
