so my old mb died, bought this mb , and installed win11 h2 fresh and ALL the Asus drivers like the amd chipset rebooted and installed the realtek drivers. always runs at 100 , I have looked at the advanced tab in device manager and the speed tab shows a few 100 settings and one 2.5gbps settings , I tried the 2.5 knowing better all defaults to 100. help

I searched the net for others having this issue and it seems like there are lots of them out there. There doesn't seem to be a universal fix for it though. I saw some that had success by switching the port they are connected to on the router and then switching it back (no idea why that would fix it though). Many of them also reported that their system worked fine on Win 10, but not on 11. Try disabling the LAN in BIOS, boot into Windows, then restart, enable LAN in BIOS and boot into Windows again. This seemed to fix my daughter's laptop that had a Realtek wireless chip in it that would sometimes not show up in Windows 11.
