one difference is the BIOS version.

not sure that is the only difference.

It will also include the new version of the antenna, and BT 5.2 The only other notable difference I could find is the fanless chipset cooling.

I have the OG model and it is an excellent board.

The chipset on those boards are a later X570 stepping. Most manufacturers call it X570S, but Asus doesn't call it that. It requires less cooling. The older X570 boards had an active cooler on the chipset, but the new boards are passively cooled. The II boards are more "mature" from a design perspective.
