SD Card enabled! Look for "sdcard2" in root. Same install instructions as 1.1.6

That's an...... interesting title. Did you post that the community pwns Microsoft when the community released Audigy drivers for Vista? Kind of curious as this is the exact same situation

I find it kind of funny that this "fix" comes out right after Asus releases their source code. I have a feeling this is taken from the Asus Eee tab code and their fix is used for the Xoom.

Yup! I was right. They used some Asus source code. Nothing wrong with that, but I wish he gave more credit where the credit is due instead of having to dig into the github notes. From the dev's github post.....

I agree and disagree. There are inherent problems with everything being FOSS. For example why should Motorola even bother fixing the problem when another company will just do it and they can copy their work?

Companies should benefit from their own work and research. Otherwise, why would they even bother?

Share and share alike. If your business isn't software, or isn't software enough, sometimes the foss option is the best for you.
Had this been one of the many bugs in Windows Phone 7, Asus could never have even fixed it, and would have shipped a product identical to the others on the market. Besides, a lot of times even closed source software will incorporate fixes from its licensees, this just made it possible for some hackers to fix preexisting products.
