Asus Ti4200: Does anyone have this card?

I'm looking to purchase this video card from Newegg.com. It's a great price for a Ti4200 w/ 3.3ns BGA RAM and the 4600's 8-layer PCB. Does anyone have any experiences with this card? How satisfied are you? Have you overclocked it?

Any experiences with any Asus Ti4200's are appreciated.

i had it for a short period of time, great ocer, very satisfied with it. i just upgraded to a 9700 pro

I had an 8420 Deluxe. 8 layer pcb and 128MB of 3.3ns memory. It ran 300/662 with a Gainward bios, 300/640 with the stock bios. The picture at newegg is not the 8420 Deluxe, it has purple pcb.

A friend of mine that won't OC got the same card, and this is definitely the 8-layer PCB with 128MB of 3.3ns memory, but the PCB is definitely yellowish.
