Has anyone ever had any luck at all contacting Asus? I have a P3V4X that does some weird things. They only list on their webpage an email address, with a disclaimer that "due to the sheer volume, we can't respond to every email." There is no contact information whatsoever besides this for tech support. I've emailed them 10 times over the past couple of months, and haven't gotten a single response. What the heck is the deal with this? I can't call the people I bought it from because that was almost a year ago now. This is rediculous.
 
hm... the CUBX site has the phone number for Asus tech support, i'm planning to call to complain bout' my crappy CUBX-L, i don't have the site with me but if you get no help , i'll post a link to the site tonight when i get home...
 
thanks guys. it's still pretty rediculous that i can't even get the phone number directly from the company. what a joke.
