Question Asus strix x470-f gaming motherboard

One of my friend sent me a board to check, he said it doesn't work. When i got this board, i found a chip which was not fixed on board.
It has this marking on it as393m-e1. I cant find out from where this has come. Can any one identify this chip and what does it do. I haven't powered on the mobo yet
