ASUS Slocket S370-DL

Just got one of these and I'm a bit confused on how to set it for my new celeron 600 cCO (which hopefully will run 900). There is a jumper on the card, one position for celeron, another for coppermine. Now I'm confused. This celeron is made by disabling half the cache of the coppermine and is NOT the same as the original S370 celeron, so which do I select?

try it either way. the way it turns on and posts is the correct way :]

definitely be sure you have the voltage set properly. i would suggest leaving the voltage on the card set to "auto" and then just changing it in the BIOS. hopefully you have an asus or similiar board with all the nice tweak settings in there like voltage, FSB, etc. post your results!

Well, I left it on the default of coppermine. Set the voltage on the card to 1.8V (required for my revision of the P2B which can not go below 1.8V) plugged it in and booted up at 900. Computer has been perfectly stable since yesterday in win2000 running normal apps and counter strike for an hour of 2. I also pegged the CPU at 100% with cpustress from the NT resource kit for an hour or so and it didn't fail. The heatsink got pretty warm, but not hot enough that I couldn't leave a finger on it. BTW, it's a retail 600 cCO using the stock heatsink and fan. I bought it from kd computers which showed up in pricewatch when I searched for cCO. They shipped the day I ordered, no complaints.
