The SK8V from Asus definitely one ups the K8V Deluxe since it outperforms the nForce 3 boards in its class.

the thing i really like about this board is that since it uses the k8t800 chipset the cost will be very reasonable (probably around $140) which is a whole lot cheaper then all the other socket940 boards that are available
