Question Asus Sabertooth X79 and Test Kit

Hello!
I'm trying to test my ASUS Sabertooth X79 motherboard with test kit:

Do I need to remove my MSI video card to get an access to only PCI slot or I need to order another test kit (PCIe), like this one:

or I need another and which one?
Please help me with advices and guidance?

I'm not familiar with these test kits so I can't offer up any specific help, but based on the specs of the board, per a product page at Newegg, the Sabertooth comes with a PCI slot that you should be able to use with the first kit you linked.

I would expect that PCI slot to be free, as your MSI video card should be populating a PCIe slot, not the legacy PCI slot. Am I missing something here?
