ASUS run around on mobo replacement

Is anybody else getting the run around from Asus on replacement for their Sandy Bridge mobo?

Anyone know who to contact with authority to make it right, or should I use it 'til it breaks and replace it with a product from a company who cares about customer satisfaction and doesn't renege on their word?

It's a real shame: I've been very happy with this new system and was just about to buy a second one. That plan's on hold for sure!

Sorry, but if your communication with Asus was this vague and incomplete, they probably had no idea of what you were asking them for.

"My thing isn't right, can you purple monkey dishwasher it?"

I've had a great experience dealing with ASUS, but unfortunately I've had the replacement for over a month and still haven't done the swap yet so they're starting to get a little impatient (I received an e-mail on Friday).
