Asus RT-N66R disconnection issues

friends, I am facing frequent disconnection of internet. My ISP is Tata Broadband, India and my Network equipment is :
1) Linksys AM300 ADSL Modem in Bridge Mode
2) Asus RT-N66R Router in PPoE mode.

I am facing two strange problems
1) every 12 hrs ( 721 min) the Net gets disconnected and reconnected.
2) Frequent Disconnection - no set time frame or Interval.

This is what happens. My ISP says its my router or modem issue, I changed to D-Link2730U Modem+router Combo, which does NOT log with such details, disconnections keep happening but i cannot show it to my ISP for want of Log files.

Can some one let me know what to do and where to look ?.

ISPs always blame other things, even if it is their fault.
I guess you can bypass the router, and see if it still does it.
That is about the only thing you can do, then setup a program that pings something all night, and then look if any of those failed, and for how long.
