I'm not sure where to open this Thread, as it is about peripherals (tv, keyboard etc), electrical/grounding issues and/or Mainboard issues.
Specs:
i7 8700k
gtx 1070
16gb 2666Mhz c16 Corsair
seasonic 650w
asus rog strix z390-E
First of all: I've had the same problem with my old H310 board and in two different pc cases
When I press the power button the LED on my new Keyboard goes on, then off, then when hitting Windows Lock/login screen it goes on again, this time while "blinking" as if going on, off and on again in a mere second.
My TV is "blinking/flashing", too, happens at the same time for the same duration as the keyboard's LED, just for a second or less
But when connected to front panel USB it just goes on, then out while Asus Logo appears and ON again when hitting Windows Login, but this time without this on/off blinking.
I've also had buzzing over headphones (rear audio jack)
Tried USB 2.0 and 3.0 on rear (Motherboard)..
I've checked if my MB is touching the case, but it doesn't seem like it (all standoffs installed) and it also happened on a pre installed system from MSI (I've done an upgrade and changed cases since then, but the problem persists)
This board came with pre installed I/O shield
It doesn't affect the Aura LED on the Mainboard, though.
Cold try to record it and upload the video
