Question Asus rog strix x570 e-gaming problem

I have Ryzen 7 2700x , asus rog strix x570 e-gaming , g skil trident f4 3600 ram and my pc is turned on and my monitor didnt show the screen, is showing finding hdmi 1 (my monitor is fine I check it)

I have the same MoBo with 5800x. I had issues posting. I was seeing Q-code 02 with the VGA & Boot lights on. It turned out my GPU wasn't seated properly.
