ASUS RMAs..How many is too many?

I am about to send in my 6 month old computer to Asus for my third RMA. in the first two, they neglected to address the initial issues, and in the second RMA cycle, they damaged my video hardware. There is no real way to escalate at ASUS that I have discovered.

Has anyone had customer service issues with Asus? How did you get satisfaction?

I have had motherboard replacements, and also, a laptop that kept had a bad fan, they replaced the video hardware, maybe the laptop system board, they also replaced the optical drive, said it was bad. The one issue I had was they forgot the screws, so they overnighted me some screws, and some Asus swag.

Anyways, I have always had good luck with them.
